This is hands down one of the best places kids and parents can be in Mumbai, to have a great time together. The activities are not just random games but role-play where kids get to experience how various jobs are carried out. They get to try out a whole lot of stuff they yearn to do. Flight simulator, firefighter, candy making, being the police, and even a bollywood star! Kidzania is designed like a country. You get a passport to become a citizen. The place is very secure, clean and artfully curated. The staff is uber friendly and energetic. They have cafes and restrooms inside. Parents can get in and out as they please but kids can enter and exit only once in the same ticket. We spent around three hours but you won't regret spending the whole day there. If found the ticket rates affordable.nnI have already planned to visit again with more kids.

An amazing place for kids to learn while having fun! The role-play activities are creative, engaging, and well-organized, making children feel like they're in a real mini city. The staff is friendly, patient, and ensures a safe environment throughout. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and my kids had an unforgettable experience. A perfect family outing in R City Mall—highly recommended for every parent!

Great experience! Family had soo much fun! Great place for kids and for learning! Been here since I was a kid, had the chance to go as a adult too! Keep it up kidzania!! They have 50+ activities. Personally recommend that you available the 8 hours shift if possible to get a holistic experience

Had a wonderful experience at KidZania Mumbai! The concept is amazing—kids get to experience different real-life professions in a fun and interactive way. The activities are well-organized, engaging, and educational, making learning enjoyable. The staff was polite, helpful, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The entire place is clean, safe, and well-maintained, which makes it a great destination for families. It's definitely a must-visit if you're looking for a fun-filled and meaningful day out with kids. Highly recommended!

The overall experience was really good for the children, and they genuinely enjoyed the activities.nnOne area that could be improved is the level of involvement and friendliness of the activity managers. While there is no complaint as such, a bit more engagement, warmth, and child-friendly interaction would go a long way. Children naturally respond better to smiling, calm, and approachable faces—seeing stressed or disengaged expressions can affect their experience. With some training or by hiring people who are naturally good with kids, this could become even better.nnThat said, we had some amazing experiences as well—especially with the fire truck team and the Dabbawala providers, who were engaging and memorable. In a few other places, it felt like the providers were simply doing their job rather than creating an interactive experience, which made a noticeable difference.nnOverall, it was a good experience, and with a little more focus on human interaction and engagement, it has the potential to be excellent.
